SUSPECT: OSHAE RICKY THOMAS, a 21 year old man from Detroit.
After review today by the Macomb County Prosecutors Office, Oshae Thomas was charged with:
ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO MURDER (A Life Felony), and FELONY FIREARM (A 2 Year Felony).
He was arraigned today at the 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore via video from the Chesterfield Township Police Department. His bond was set at $500,000.00 cash surety. He will be lodged at the Macomb County Jail. His next court date is 5-17-17 at 9:00am (Pre-exam conference).
Marche Lowe, the 17 year old female victim in the case remains in critical condition at McLaren Macomb Hospital.
