Between 01/15/17 at 14:00 hours till 1/16/2017 at 7:00 hours, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2001 Voyager. The vehicle was recovered on 1/17/2017 at approximately 4:00 hours by the Michigan State Police. The vehicle was found abandoned on e/b I-96, east of I-275, the ignition was punched. The following equipment was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft: Freedom Concepts Tricycle, purple in color. The Freedom Concepts Tricycle is valued at approximately $5,000 and is custom made for the victim’s handicapped son. The Freedom Concepts Tricycle wasn’t inside the vehicle at the time of recovery.
