This little lady was mincing along in traffic on Shadyglen in the Cedar Glen subdivision when a kind citizen found her. She is an itty bitty blond Chihuahua, weighing about 3 pounds and without a collar or micro chip. She has a short tail. She is definitely someone’s baby – she wishes to be held all day!
