VICTIM (Pedestrian): Ricky Jay Baker, a 60 year old male with a last known address in Roseville, MI.

On Sunday November 27th, at approximately 6:05 p.m., Chesterfield Township Police and Fire units responded to north bound Gratiot, south of 21 Mile Road, where 911 callers were reporting that a pedestrian had just been struck by a vehicle.
