On Friday Oct 25, 2019 at 8:10 PM a 53 year old Clinton Twp man died from his injuries after being struck riding his bicycle on Gratiot Ave south of 23 Mile Rd in Chesterfield Twp. The bicyclist was crossing Gratiot Ave and was struck by a northbound 44 year old New Haven resident driving his Chevy Silverado. The crash is currently under investigation by the Chesterfield Twp Police Accident Investigation Team. Alcohol use is unknown at this time.
